The employees were knowledgeable and competent. The view from the queen room was great.

We had a lovely queen room with airy twin beds, and the location of the restaurant was stunning and brilliant, but we chose to dine elsewhere.

Great location of the hotel, near to a castle and a gallery. Nice restaurant, reasonably spacious and airy room with a window facing the sun, ensuite bathroom plus a huge bed.

We greatly enjoyed it, didn't want to say goodbye, would be happy to recommend. Have spent our 2 nights here really good, it was ideal for our purposes. The location in an interesting area was magnificent and there were a market

The location was magnificent, staff were patient. We greatly enjoyed eateries and bars close to the hotel.

The room was cosy and well-equipped, had a tea and coffee maker, an iron, and offered a lovely view of Carnarvon castle.
